Es ist mal wieder soweit: Das Jahr neigt sich dem Ende zu, und zu diesem Anlass möchten wir mit Euch, liebe User:innen, ein PianoMe-Update teilen und Euch für die bevorstehenden Feiertage und das neue Jahr alles Gute wünschen.

Mit großer Freude können wir feststellen: Auch im Jahr 2025 ist unsere Community weiter gewachsen – sowohl auf der Seite der Mieter:innen als auch bei den Vermieter:innen. Das bedeutet: Die Auswahl an Proberäumen mit Musikinstrumenten wird immer größer, und die Wege für die Mieter:innen werden immer kürzer.

Auch in diesem Jahr haben wir PianoMe signifikant weiterentwickelt. Vermutlich habt Ihr es gemerkt: Die Nutzung der Plattform wurde weiter flexibilisiert und bedarfsgerechter gestaltet. Das neue Design macht die Nutzung von PianoMe noch einfacher und intuitiver. Unser Ziel ist es, Euch ein optimales Nutzungserlebnis zu bescheren.

Aber es geht nicht nur um Flexibilität und gutes Design; PianoMe soll auch eine sichere Plattform sein. Daher ist es für uns selbstverständlich, dass wir alle neuen gesetzlichen Anforderungen berücksichtigen.

Die neue Funktion „Heute buchen, innerhalb von 30 Tagen zahlen“ kommt bei Euch immer besser an. Da diese Funktion bonitätsabhängig ist, bekommen wir manchmal entsprechende Anfragen von einzelnen Nutzer:innen. Aber PianoMe hat auf die Bonitätseinschätzung keinen Einfluss. Auch das dient Eurer Sicherheit.

Was uns besonders freut: PianoMe entwickelt sich zu einer großen Familie. Längst geht es nicht mehr nur um Proberäume. In PianoMe-Räumen werden Filme gedreht, Konzerte gegeben, Lieder und CDs aufgenommen, und einiges mehr!

Ganz im besten Sinne einer Community entstehen gemeinsame Projekte von Musiker:innen, die sich vorher gar nicht kannten: Ein Kontakt bei einer Raummiete gibt die Initialzündung, und kurz darauf werden gemeinsame Auftritte veranstaltet! Das macht uns stolz!

Kürzlich konnten wir ein kleines Jubiläum feiern: Auf PianoMe gibt es ja auch die Möglichkeit, eigene Events zu promoten und entsprechende QR-Codes zu erzeugen. Inzwischen sind es mehr als 100 Events, die Ihr auf unserer Plattform angekündigt und beworben habt – und das, ohne dass wir dafür auch nur die geringste Gegenleistung verlangt haben!

In diesem Jahr haben wir auch wieder einige Wettbewerbe als Informationspartner unterstützt. Zum ersten Mal unterstützten wir 2025 auch Violin-Masterclasses als Partner. Im neuen Jahr wird auch die Vocal-Masterclass dazukommen. Auch die Organisation von Vorspielen und Vorsingen unterstützen wir.

Auf PianoMe gibt es immer etwas Neues, so dass es sich lohnt, auch dann vorbeizuschauen, wenn man gerade keinen Probenraum mieten möchte: Wir veröffentlichen auf der Plattform interessante Interviews, die wir mit Persönlichkeiten aus Politik, Kultur und Verwaltung durchgeführt haben. Weitere Gespräche werden folgen!

Gerade auch bei wichtigen Geschehnissen in der Branche ist PianoMe an Eurer Seite: Wir informieren über Themen wie das Herrenberg-Urteil, die Umsatzsteuer auf Musikunterricht oder Diskussionen über bedrohliche Kürzungen beim Musikunterricht. Ihr könnt Euch darauf verlassen: Auch 2026 werden wir an Eurer Seite stehen, um Euch und Eure Musik zu unterstützen!

The year is coming to an end –
PianoMe looks back and ahead

Once again, the time has come: The year is drawing to a close, and on this occasion we would like to share a PianoMe update with you, dear users, and wish you all the best for the upcoming holidays and the new year.

We are delighted to see that our community has continued to grow in 2025 – both on the side of renters and of hosts. This means that the selection of rehearsal rooms with musical instruments is becoming ever larger, and the distances for renters ever shorter.

This year, too, we have made significant further developments to PianoMe. You’ve probably noticed that the platform has become more flexible and more tailored to users’ needs. The new design makes PianoMe even easier and more intuitive to use. Our goal is to provide you with an optimal user experience.

But it’s not just about flexibility and good design; PianoMe should also be a safe platform. That’s why it goes without saying for us that we comply with all new legal requirements.

The new “Book today, pay within 30 days” feature is becoming increasingly popular with you. Since this function depends on creditworthiness, we sometimes receive related inquiries from individual users. But PianoMe has no influence on the credit assessment. This also serves to protect your safety.

What makes us particularly happy: PianoMe is developing into a big family. It’s long since become about more than just rehearsal rooms. Films are shot, concerts are held, songs and CDs are recorded in PianoMe rooms – and much more!

In the best sense of a community, joint projects are emerging among musicians who previously didn’t know each other: A contact during a room rental sparks the initial idea, and shortly afterwards joint performances are organized! This makes us proud!

We recently celebrated a small milestone: PianoMe also offers the possibility to promote your own events and generate corresponding QR codes. By now, more than 100 events have been announced and promoted on our platform – without us asking for even the slightest compensation!

This year, we again supported several competitions as an information partner. For the first time in 2025, we also supported violin masterclasses as a partner. In the new year, the vocal masterclass will be added as well. We also support the organization of auditions and performance opportunities.

There is always something new on PianoMe, so it’s worth stopping by even if you’re not currently looking to rent a rehearsal room: We publish interesting interviews on the platform that we conduct with figures from politics, culture, and public administration. More conversations will follow!

Especially when it comes to important developments in the industry, PianoMe is at your side: We provide information on topics such as the Herrenberg ruling, VAT on music lessons, or discussions about threatening cuts to music education. You can rely on this: In 2026, we will continue to stand by your side to support you and your music!
