The studio boasts acoustic panels and fibreglass soundproofing on the ceiling. Complete soundproofing cannot be guaranteed, but a good level of reduction should be available.

The practice room/ teaching studio is a converted conservatory, with light oak acoustic panels and roof insulation, an opening window, heating, air purifying and humidifying devices, and contains an 88 - key touch sensitive Yamaha Pf80 Stage Piano. In case of emergency, separate toilet facilities are available in the main house.
Access to the room is external, via the garden, and is therefore private and convenient. This is an acoustic studio, with no drum kit or recording facilities, but an acoustic guitar, piano, and multi- functional CD, MD, and cassette player.
It will suit classical students and teachers.
