Intimate, bright, piano room located in South Manchester. The tram stop going to Manchester City Centre and getting to St Peter's Square in 15 min is only 10 minutes walking from the house.

The room is located on a very quiet street, with no traffic. The view is into the garden.

The piano is an acoustic upright Yamaha P121, made for European audiences so it has a more mellow sound that the usual Yamaha instruments, while still retaining a very clear sound.

The piano is tuned and serviced regularly.

The room is on the ground floor (accessible entrance) and can accommodate up to 3 people. It is great for teaching or practising alike.

Raumnutzungsbedingungen:

No food or drinks (apart from bottled water) allowed in the practice room.

No liquids on the piano.

Please leave the room as you found it.

Stornobestimmungen:

Mieter können die Buchung bis zu 24 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn kostenfrei stornieren, sofern die Buchung mindestens 24 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn erfolgt ist. Die Zahlung wird dann zu 100% erstattet. Ab 24 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn kann der Mieter nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren. Der gezahlte Betrag wird nicht zurückerstattet. Vermieter haben immer die Möglichkeit, eine Buchung kostenfrei zu stornieren. Der Mieter wird dann benachrichtigt und die Zahlung wird zu 100% erstattet.
