Located on the lower-ground floor, the studio is equipped with chairs and music stands and is suitable for rehearsals, recordings, lessons and individual practice.
You also have access to a relaxation area, toilets and complimentary coffee.

The same price per hour, regardless of the number of musicians or the time of day.
Audio or audiovisual recording can also be arranged; please enquire for availability and a quotation.

This space was created with a simple idea in mind: to offer musicians and artists a welcoming, practical place to work, taking into account their needs, expectations and constraints.
As an instrument maker, I know how important it is for musicians to have access to a reliable space with generous opening hours and an affordable, supportive hourly rate.
Whether you need a place to rehearse, teach, record or simply work on your music, you are very welcome.
Raumnutzungsbedingungen:
To keep the studio a pleasant, welcoming and well-organised space for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following simple rules:
- Advance booking is required. All reservations must be made at least one day in advance, by 8 pm. Same-day bookings are not possible.
- Please respect your booked time. The studio must be vacated at the end of your reservation so that the next user can start on time.
- Please leave the studio as you found it, including chairs, music stands and other equipment.
- Please treat the piano and all equipment with care. Food and drinks are not permitted near the piano or other instruments.
- Please keep noise to a reasonable level and be considerate of the neighbours, particularly in the evening.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and throughout the building.
- The studio is intended for music-related activities such as rehearsals, lessons, individual practice and recording.
- Only the people included in the booking may use the studio, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Please report any damage or technical issue immediately.
- Personal belongings and instruments remain under the user's responsibility.

Stornobestimmungen:
Mieter können eine Buchung dieses Raumes bis zu 48 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn kostenfrei stornieren, sofern die Buchung mindestens 48 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn erfolgt ist. Die Zahlung wird dann zu 100% erstattet. Bis 48 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn kann der Mieter nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren. Nachfolgend sind die Stornobestimmungen für diesen Raum noch einmal zusammengefasst:
- Keine Rückerstattung im Falle einer Stornierung, wenn Mieter seine Buchung dieses Raumes 24 (oder weniger) Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn storniert.
- Eine Rückerstattung i.H.v. 50%, wenn Mieter seine Buchung dieses Raumes 48 (und bis zu 24) Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn storniert.
- Mieter kann seine Buchung dieses Raumes ab 48 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn kostenfrei stornieren.
