Description:
The piano in a nice room with lots of light in my flat in Ixelles, there is a music stand if you need to rehearse with another instrumentalist, and a small score library of piano music and teaching materials that you are welcome to use and enjoy. The room is where I do alot of my piano and music theory tuning so the piano is tuned quite regularly so it should be almost perfectly in tune whenever you come. Please note the address lists the street Rue Paul Lauters in ixelles, but not the street number - I will inform you via chat of the street number and the arrangements for letting you in on the day after you confirm a booking. On the day of your booking I'll be here to let you in, make you a tea or coffee if you like, and then you can practice on your own at your leisure.
I am not in Brussels all the time, so please check the calendar to see when the piano is available for you to practice on.

Cancellation Policy:
The person hiring the room can cancel the booking free of charge if the booking is cancelled at least 48-hours in advance (before the start of booking). Below is the summary of the cancellation policies made under 48-hours prior to booking start time:
- 50% refund if cancelled 24-hours in advance.
- 70% refund if cancelled 48-hours in advance.
- Full refund if cancelled at least 48-hours in advance.
