Operationally everything went smoothly. I use the room just as the practice room where I can sing in full voice. So no comment on instrument. It seems the room is not very sound-proof as someone passing the street notice the voice and was listening out of curiosity. If you don't mind that, it was nice clean space in convenient location.

I really liked the piano!! It was very nice to have a place to practice it during my stay in Brussels.
However, only one flaw I want to point out: one of the 'F' key in the Yamaha upright piano sounds wrong, except that, everything was so good : )

Had a small issue with a sticky key, but the owner answered my call right away and it was resolved.
Apart from this it was perfect.
I am very fond of the Yamaha upright piano in the studio. It is in good condition for practice, the room is very neat, and the owner is very kind. If you stay in Brussels and looking for a place to practice the piano, this is the right place!!

Everything went smoothly. Lazar was extremely responsive to our request for a footrest for our 6-year-old son, and he also made sure that we know how to enter the practice room. We had no problem with that because the instructions sent by Ana was clear and detailed. Thank you Lazar and Ana, we will definitely be back!

Thank you very much for letting us use your piano room, everything went smoothly. We used this room for 5 days in a row, the location is very convenient, and there was access to basic amenities such as a bathroom and a kitchenette.

The grand piano is in a very good condition. The room is very nice. I enjoyed my rehearsing.
Both the Yamaha upright and the Kawai grand were in tune and had a nice touch. The Yamaha is very light to play.
Pola was super communicative and arranged everything in an easy an flexible manner. Also the other staff at the school was nice.
The room and the piano are in very good condition (accurate tuning and intonation) and highly suitable for practicing and rehearsing. Everything was fine and uncomplicated. Communication was very good. I will certainly return to Pola.
