Das Haus mit Steinway-Flügel liegt am Porsangerfjord in Nord-Norwegen. Erreichbar über den Flughafen Lakselv-Banak und Busanbindung an Werktagen und Sonntag. Automietung am Flughafen möglich.
Von dort aus sind Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Trollholmsund und das Nordkap erreichbar. Ausflüge nach Hammerfest und Alta in Reichweite.
Beim Üben hat man Blick auf den Fjord und so gut wie keine störenden Geräusche, wenn man von Klimaanlage, Gefrierschrank und gelegentlich vorbeifahrenden Anwohnern absieht.
Wandern in unberührte Natur ist direkt vom Haus aus und in der Umgebung nahezu grenzenlos möglich. Rentiere und andere wild lebende Tiere sind hier zu sehen. Der Winter ist schneesicher und bietet spektakuläre Nordlichter.
The house with a Steinway grand piano is located on the Porsangerfjord in Northern Norway. It is accessible via Lakselv-Banak Airport with bus connections on weekdays and Sundays. Car rental is available at the airport.
From there, attractions such as Trollholmsund and the North Cape are reachable. Excursions to Hammerfest and Alta are within range.
While practicing, you have a view of the fjord and virtually no disturbing noises, apart from the air conditioning, freezer, and occasional passing residents.
Hiking in untouched nature is possible directly from the house and in the surrounding area with almost limitless opportunities. Reindeer and other wildlife can be seen here. The winter is snow-sure and offers spectacular northern lights.
Raumnutzungsbedingungen:
Es kann stundenweise, tage- oder wochenweise gemietet werden. Bei der Berechnung des Mietpreises werden einfach die Stunden addiert = Stundenpreis × 11 für einen ganzen Tag, mit 25% Rabatt ab drei vollen Tagen und 50% Rabatt ab sieben vollen Tagen.
Everything in the house is usable, but has to be left as it was found. All damages must be compensated.
It can be rented by the hour, by the day, or by the week.
The rental price is calculated by simply adding up the hours:
Hourly rate × 11 for a full day,
with a 25% discount starting from three full days,
and a 50% discount starting from seven full days.
Stornobestimmungen:
Mieter können eine Buchung dieses Raumes bis zu 96 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn kostenfrei stornieren, sofern die Buchung mindestens 96 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn erfolgt ist. Die Zahlung wird dann zu 100% erstattet. Bis 96 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn kann der Mieter nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren. Nachfolgend sind die Stornobestimmungen für diesen Raum noch einmal zusammengefasst:
- Keine Rückerstattung im Falle einer Stornierung, wenn Mieter seine Buchung dieses Raumes 48 (oder weniger) Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn storniert.
- Eine Rückerstattung i.H.v. 50%, wenn Mieter seine Buchung dieses Raumes 96 (und bis zu 48) Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn storniert.
- Mieter kann seine Buchung dieses Raumes ab 96 Stunden vor Buchungsbeginn kostenfrei stornieren.

Vor 6 TagenOn the day I left, Jens was still keeping an eye on the bus schedules for me. When he noticed that the early bus to the airport had been cancelled, he even called because he was worried I might miss it. Only after hearing that I had already set off smoothly did he finally relax.
He is truly an exceptionally thoughtful, warm-hearted and attentive host.
